Home Buying Seminar

Intermediate Soap Making

Discover color methods and basic swirling techniques.  Previous soap making experience required. 

Sarah never dreamt a soap making enrichment class would lead to a love of the art and her own business…Sarandipity Soap Company.  Sarah is now available to share her passion with others in this soap making series.  Learn to make all natural soaps in your own kitchen using the cold process soap method.  All participants will take home 2lbs. of soap at the end of each session.  A 2 lb. block will yield 6-8 bars, ideal for gift giving.  Class size limited to 8 students.

Material fee:  $15 per session, paid directly to instructor.

For anyone interested in learning more about the early detection of Alzheimer’s disease.  The purpose of this workshop is to provide the general public with a greater understanding of the difference between age-related memory loss and dementia and what to do if they have signs of Alzheimer’s disease. You will learn: How to tell the difference between Alzheimer’s and typical aging; steps to take if you recognize a warning sign in yourself or someone you know; the process to receiving an Alzheimer’s diagnosis; why early detection is crucial. $5 donation suggested.

Kripalu Yoga for Everbody - Session II 4/24/18

Bring to class: Yoga mat, a blanket for relaxation and any props (blocks, strap, etc) that you wish to use in your practice.

All classes meet from 6-7:15 p.m. in the library at Marshwood High School for 6 sessions..

Let Your Yoga Dance

Let Your Yoga Dance combines gentle yoga and creative movement together in a fun and inspiring way. Participants will enjoy a guided class that encourages laughter, singing along, builds community and is both energizing as well as relaxing. If you are looking for a new way to work out that helps you feel good while getting “your groove on and your Zen on” – this class is for YOU! No dance or yoga experience necessary.

Bring to class: wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
