Bowenwork is safe and appropriate for all ages and levels of physical activity.  It can be done through clothing.  If you would like to learn a safe way to promote wellness in yourself and others, this introductory Bowenwork class may be right for you.  The class fee includes a lab fee and  manual with photos and anatomical illustrations designed with care for the needs of beginners.  Class is limited to first 6 registrations.

Topics covered will include: the need to plan ahead, building a care team, connecting to resources for all involved, and reaching out to others living with similar challenges.
