Kripalu Yoga 2

Session 2 

Take time to listen to your own inner wisdom in this gently guided yoga class. Weekly classes will include centering as you connect to your breath, building awareness of your body’s uniqueness through yoga poses, and deep relaxation as you calm and quiet your mind. All levels are welcomed.

Bring to class: Yoga mat, a blanket for relaxation and any props (blocks, strap, etc) that you wish to use in your practice.

All classes meet from 6-7:15 p.m. in the library at Marshwood High School for 6 sessions..

Tai Chi - Session 2
